W & L Incorporated Catalytic Converters, Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) parts proudly meet EPA warranty requirements which has a 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty on the external shell and end-pipes. Our parts also meet EPA emissions performance standards for 2 years or 25,000 miles when the vehicle is properly used and maintained.

• Below are examples of conditions that will void the manufacturers warranty during the returned part physical inspection:
• Modifications to the part involving cutting, welding, or any other external issue to the casing and/or piping.
• Physical and/or Road damage.
• Mis-Fueling resulting in internal damage-Engine Misfire or evidence of a rich fuel/air mixture.
• Exhaust Contamination (Coolant; Oil found in the internals of the Catalytic/DPF/SCR; Including Turbo failure evidence; Metal particles and/or fragments)

W&L Inc. Parts (hereafter, “Parts”) are to be used solely by the Purchaser and is not intended to be used for reselling and/or rebranding. Specifically, the Purchaser is acquiring the Parts for the Purchaser’s own use or to install for the use of its customer and not for resale and/or distribution thereof online, and has no present intention of distributing or reselling to others any of the Parts sold by W & L, Inc.

The Purchaser specifically agrees that the Parts sold cannot be offered for resale, sold or otherwise transferred unless expressly authorized by W & L, Inc. in writing. Reselling or rebranded W&L Inc parts, sold without the exclusive written authorization of W&L, voids all W&L Warranties. W&L Inc. reserves the absolute right to not sell to unauthorized resellers and vendors. Additionally, Failure to comply with the above terms shall result in legal action taken against the Purchaser, including but not limited to W & L, Inc. seeking any and all measures of enforcement available under law and/or in equity.

Damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact the UPS Customer Help and Support Center at 1-888-742-5877 to resolve any damage issues.

For refunds on uninstalled parts, please contact W&L customer support within 30 days of receiving your part. 

All return shipment fees are the customers responsibility. Returns and Refunds are based off a examination of the part for any issues related to modification of the part and/or internal damage to the part that will not allow us to resell it. Below are examples of conditions that are considered during the inspection and will void the warranty:

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE DEDUCTED A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
